By accessing and using Sentino ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sentino is an AI-powered language learning platform that helps users build vocabulary, practice conversations, and improve pronunciation through context-based learning, including features such as:

Practice

• Scenario-based travel conversation dialogues
• Topic-based AI chat conversations
• Real-time voice conversations with AI
• Pronunciation practice with AI feedback

Study

• Vocabulary extraction and translation
• Personal dictionary management
• AI-generated practice sentences from saved vocabulary
• YouTube transcript-based vocabulary learning

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Sentino offers a free tier with daily usage limits and paid premium subscription plans (monthly and yearly). All paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Subscription pricing, features, and limits are described on the pricing page and may change. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes. For details on cancellations and refunds, please see our Refund Policy.

4. User Accounts

An account is required to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Use the voice features to record or transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal audio content
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sentino and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (such as your personal dictionary entries, chat messages, and text inputs). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process this content to provide the Service to you.

When you use voice features (Speak and Pronunciation), audio from your microphone is streamed to our AI service providers for real-time processing. Voice audio is not stored permanently by Sentino and is used solely to generate responses and feedback during your session. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content, translations, or language learning materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
